
The Bachelor of Theology degree is designed for individuals seeking a solid foundation that will enable them to serve effectively as religious ministers, counselors, educators, or in any other church-supporting role, as well as to specialize in a leadership area that ensures the successful practical development of their responsibilities. This program is based on a series of advanced studies in the sciences, humanities, the Bible, and theology, along with specialized studies in leadership.

Ability to achieve proposed goals at a personal or ministerial level, as well as to evaluate what has been achieved to ensure quality standards.
Identify areas of personal development need in order to undergo learning processes to expand their knowledge and skills.
Systematic understanding of biblical and theological sciences that creates mastery of the skills and methods for the exercise of Christian ministry.
Ability to communicate with the ecclesial community and with society in general about their areas of knowledge.
To develop a Christian ministry in the area of preaching, teaching and caring for the congregation.
Ability to advise ecclesiastical and para-ecclesiastical organizations in the corresponding competencies, such as leadership, development of work plans, establishment of ministries, etc.
